Namehostar.co.uk will make commercially reasonable efforts to renew any domain names that are set to auto-renew. The Customer acknowledges that it is their responsibility to pay all fees in full, and failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of rights to said Domain Name. "Notwithstanding the foregoing, any such renewal is your responsibility and Namehostar.co.uk shall have no liability for the failure of any such renewal or auto renewal, any related domain expiration or the registration of any expired domain by a third-party."
The registration and use of your domain name is subject to the terms and conditions of use applied by the relevant naming authority; ICANN in the case of .COM/NET/ORG and Nominet in the case of domain names ending with .UK, .US you shall ensure that you are aware of those terms and conditions and that you comply with them. Any administration charge paid by you to Namehostar.co.uk shall be non-refundable notwithstanding refusal by the naming authority to register your desired name.

Through Namehostar.co.uk.’s Service, you may have access to chat areas, bulletin boards, web pages, email, or other services that enable you to send or post materials (“content”) and make that content available to others. You must not submit, publish, or display on the Network any defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, obscene, infringing, or threatening content. Capabilty of Website and Services
According to terms and conditions of this Agreement and our other policies, we shall use commercially reasonable efforts to attempt to provide this Namehostar.co.uk and the Services on a 24/7 work basis. You shoul agree that from time to time Namehostar.co.uk and other subdomain websites may be inaccessible for any reason including, but not limited to, equipment malfunctions; maintenance, repairs that we undertake from time to time; or causes beyond our reasonable control or that are not reasonably predictable including, but not limited to, interruption or failure of telecommunication or transmission links, global network issues, network attacks, network traffic or other failures.You should agree that we have no control over the availability of this Web site or the Service on a uninterrupted basis, and that we assume no liability to you or any other party with regard. But as a valuble company, everytime we are trying to give good service.
Bandwidth and Storage Usage
Customer agrees that disk usage and bandwidth shall not exceed the limit set out per month for the type of service package ordered by the customer. Namehostar.co.uk will closely monitor bandwidth and disk usage and shall have the right to take corrective action if customer’s bandwidth or disk usage exceeds the agreed limit Such corrective action may include the discontinuance of any and all hosting services, or termination of this agreement, such actions may be taken is in Namehostar.co.uk’ sole and absolute discretion.
In the event Namehostar.co.uk takes any corrective action, the client shall not be entitled to a refund of any fees paid in advance prior to such action. Bandwidth usage is based on a calendar month and will reset on the 1st of each month, regardless of the customers billing cycle date. By default all client accounts are 'hard-locked' at their plan limits which will mean temporarily suspension since Namehostar.co.uk does not offer additional bandwidth. Should the client decide to require greater bandwidth and disk space, we offer hosting upgrades as the most viable option available.
Account Cancellation
Customers may voluntarily cancel their account at any time, with or without any reasons, subject to the following:
- Any service on Namehostar. Request for cancellation can be sent anytime from open a ticket.
- Cancellation is subject to terms outlined in the colocation contract.
You understand and agree that Namehostar does not provide any refunds, pro-rated or otherwise, in connection with cancellations, pursuant to Clause G below. No more charges shall be billed to the account upon cancellation. However, cancellations made on or after the renewal date shall be subject to renewal fees.
Termination Policy
Should you decide to terminate your receipt of the services prior to the end of the initial term agreement, or before renewal, whichever is applicable, Namehostar.co.uk will offer to refund full money back guarantee within the first 7 days of service, excluding domain registration. However, should you decide to terminate after the first 7-day period, Namehostar.co.uk will no longer refund any fees paid in advance. Furthermore, you will be required to pay 100% of the standard monthly charge for each of the remaining month in the term, unless if otherwise expressly provided in this agreement. Refunds do NOT apply to domain registration, dedicated servers, dedicated IP addresses, SSL certificates or domain registration related fees.
Violation of Laws
- Customer agrees not to engage in any activity that violates any international, foreign, federal, state, or local laws applicable to the service terms described in this Agreement.
- Namehostar.co.uk reserves the right to discontinue service to any Customer it deems, in its sole discretion, violates any condition of service including, but not limited to, the following: Acceptable Use Policy
Limited Liability
Under no circumstances, including negligence, shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages that result from the use of or inability to use Namehostar.co.uk services; or that results from mistakes, omissions, interruptions, deletion of files, errors, defects, delays in operation, or transmission or any failure of performance, communication failure, theft, destruction or unauthorized access to Namehostar.co.uk records, programs or services. Customer hereby acknowledges that this paragraph shall apply to all content on Namehostar.co.uk servers.
Payment
- Establishment and provision of service is contingent upon receipt of payment from Customer to Namehostar.co.uk
- Customer must pay in full for the Services before Namehostar.co.uk begins to provide the Services to Customer.
- Setup fees will be charged and are due at the time of the Customer’s initial request of the Services requiring setup, unless specified that no set up fees are due.
- Payment is due on the defined monthly or recurring billing date of each month.
- Domain, Web Hosting, SSL Renewal charges will occurr at the due date automatically. If automatic credit card charging on the due date fails, Service will be interrupted on accounts that reach 7 days past due.
- We accept payments through PayPal for all purchases made on our website. By selecting PayPal as your payment method, you will be redirected to the PayPal website to complete the transaction. Payments are processed securely through PayPal's platform, and no financial data (such as credit card numbers) is stored on our website.
- To complete your transaction via PayPal, you must have an active PayPal account. PayPal accepts various payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, and funds available in your PayPal account. Please ensure that your PayPal account has sufficient funds or an approved payment method to cover the total amount of your purchase.
- Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email from PayPal as well as an order confirmation from us. We will process your order once payment is successfully received and confirmed.

Refund
- Namehostar.co.uk provide seven (7) days money back guarantee on hosting services only. Domain names cannot be refunded.
- If the account was suspended or terminated due to a violation of Namehostar.co.uk policies, no refund will be issued.
- Namehostar.co.uk refund via bank deposit only within ninety (90) days from date of request.
- Please note that all payment processors have different policies and requirements for refunds and there are some payment methods that are not eligible for a refund under any circumstance.
Client Information
The clients assures Namehostar.co.uk that the information provided, and will be provided to Namehostar.co.uk for purposes of establishing and maintaining the service is accurate.
Taxes
All prices listed on our website are exclusive of applicable taxes, which may be added at checkout depending on your location. It is your responsibility to pay any taxes associated with your purchase.
Age Restrictions

Namehostar.co.uk will notify you by e-mail of any notices that Namehostar.co.uk is required to provide to you under this Agreement, at the most current e-mail address you have provided to Namehostar.co.uk. By entering this Agreement, you consent to receive notices by e-mail. You are solely responsible for ensuring that Namehostar.co.uk has your most current e-mail address, and Namehostar.co.uk shall not be responsible for any lost, misdirected, bounced, forwarded, or undeliverable e-mail that Namehostar.co.uk sends to the most current email address you have provided to Namehostar.co.uk.
